Community SharedCare Services Pty. Ltd. is a Melbourne-based disability and health service provider dedicated to supporting people with disability aged 7 years and older. We are a passionate and purpose-driven organisation committed to helping individuals grow in independence, confidence, and quality of life — in their homes, communities, and beyond.
