Our Services

Nursing Services

Our qualified nurses provide compassionate, person-centred care tailored to the unique health needs of each participant. From medication management to health monitoring and complex care, we support individuals to live safely, confidently, and independently — all within the comfort of their home or community.

PBS Plan Implementation
(No Restrictive Practices in Place)

We support participants and their families to put Positive Behaviour Support Plans into action — safely, respectfully, and in line with their goals. Our trained staff work alongside behaviour practitioners to reduce challenging behaviours and build new skills in a caring, person-centred way. We focus on understanding, not controlling — so every step leads to greater independence and quality of life.

Employment Support

We help participants prepare for work, find the right job, and succeed in the workplace. From building skills like communication and time management to resume writing and job coaching, our support is tailored to each person’s goals and strengths.
